2: A profound time of letting go. Old patterns, old emotional imprints and old mental loops you thought you had cleared may rise again. The way through is to honor how far you have come, welcome what arises with compassion, and then release it... the way the trees are letting their leaves fall right now. This includes clearing your physical space.
3: Become still and let your inner light lead. The veil is thin, and guidance arrives through the subtle senses when you get quiet. The Aries fire is here to transform you, not burn you. Movement, nature, dance and art help the heightened emotional energy move through. One step, one moment at a time... like following a bouncing ball of light.

An emotion only needs about 90 seconds to move through you... if you let it. 
That is the 90 second rule, described by neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor in her book My Stroke of Insight. The chemistry of an emotion flushes through your body and clears on its own in roughly a minute and a half. Anything still there after that is being held in place.
