Kia ora welcome to another episode with Mal and Dwayne. Melancholy Mal is attempting to find her sanity in the waters of injury sea. But seriously, she talks about what she is doing with her current training and lack of running. Dwayne was sick for the Whangarei Half so did not race it however is in better condition. He updates us on his upcoming training for the Taupo 100k. We talk Fartlek sessions, hill reps, running vest vs. running belts.
