This fourth sunday of Advent 2025, John Alley talks about God's love, which is revealed as the word of God, Jesus Christ.  

John talks about the word of God, the idea of logos, and how it shows us God, how it shows us God's love, how it shows us God's power and how it strengthens us as believers.

Throughout the Bible, God gives his people instructions that they misinterpret. A key example, God promised Israel a king, but a king that God would choose. This King would be the Messiah: Christ. But the people wanted a king like the nations around them.

David shows us that we should look to Jesus for the answer to our problems, and how focusing on him is the only solution we need.

One of the issues that David has noticed in preaching the Apostolic message, is that the very term "Apostolic" is poorly understood.

And so, David devised a strategy to overcome this problem... Listen along to find out how he did it!
