    look at your self talk
    your mind has its own narrative of your life. what you are like, who you are and what you do
    grab a journal and write down your thinking patterns about yourself?

    when you identify this- its easy to shift it - how you do this is start saying the opposite or a more loving more compassionate instead

    self care is a very important thing for you to do in your self love journey cause it programs your mind to
    is it a shower with candles?

    now kids and work and travelling or parents- i dont care. Is it breathing for 5 mins? is it journaling on your phone after work on your commute? is it having a slow shower? is it making your bedroom in your family home like a fairy land? idk.
