Kiwi North is located on the grounds of the Whangarei Heritage Park, along with the Whangarei Museum and several other experiences including train rides!
We talk about Sarah's experience being a keeper of wild animals, her passion for reptiles (Ectotherm Keeper), and the vision for Kiwi North as a conservation hub for supporting groups in the surrounding area.

The second interview I did on Tiritiri Matangi Island! This time with Jonathan, one of the Guides that you may come across if you visit the island. Unfortunately a bit of a shorter episode today, seeing that I had a ferry to catch! I organised this recording extremely last minute so had to squeeze it in at the end of my stay... I will have to return for a longer conversation in the future some time.

Meet Andrew, a lifelong friend of mine who has also discovered a love for nature in the past few years. We talk about our unreal experiences staying the night at Tiritiri Matangi Island, his experience as a ranger at a sanctuary on Great Barrier Island, and his plans to record high quality bird songs to share with everyone.
