In this episode, I explore a wild theory I call Consciousness Gravity: the possibility that Earth itself may help keep consciousness anchored to the physical experience.

Earth and its ionosphere form a massive electromagnetic resonating chamber, constantly energized by lightning and producing the Schumann resonance, with a fundamental frequency around 7.83 Hz.

But what if that's more than environmental background noise?

If the brain doesn't create consciousness, but instead acts as a receiver or transducer, perhaps Earth's natural resonance provides a subtle baseline that helps keep that receiver phase-locked to ordinary waking reality.

And if that's true, Robert Monroe may have discovered something extraordinary.

Through Gateway, Hemi-Sync and frequency-following techniques, Monroe developed a systematic method for changing the state of the biological receiver—essentially learning how to turn the dial of consciousness deliberately.
