Today’s guest is Deena Lee, a retired fire chief and trailblazer in the fire service. She made history as the first female fire chief in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County, and at the time of her appointment was the only female fire chief across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties. Deena spent more than two decades rising through the ranks and now focuses on mentoring and empowering women in male-dominated professions.
Deena is known as “The Feminist Fire Chief” across social media platforms. She offers group coaching and mentoring through her website Women’s Empowerment Workshops
