The first episode of The Road Ahead is finally here!
It has taken us a little while to get to this point, and we truly appreciate everyone who has reached out asking when it would be released.

In this podcast, Dimity and I will talk openly about mental health, my own experience, and the processes of Timeline Therapy® and NLP. Everyone’s road is different, but sometimes learning about another option can open a door you never knew existed.

Sharing my story and being vulnerable hasn’t been easy, but if it helps even one person feel less alone or find a little more hope, then it has been worth it.

Sam’s life changed in a way most of us could never imagine, after being involved in two fatigue related accidents in one night on the same stretch of road. But what she has gone on to achieve is nothing short of incredible. Most recently, she took on a massive challenge travelling 441 kms in a wheelchair across regional NSW to raise awareness and funds for mental health support across rural and regional Australia.
