WTF Just Happened?!: All about the afterlife. No woo.

Ishtar Howell has been having out-of-body experiences and communications with deceased relatives since childhood. Raised in an agnostic, scientifically-oriented family, he experienced high strangeness that defied conventional explanation. His out-of-body experiences began around age five or six and continue to this day, providing evidence that consciousness exists beyond the physical body and that communication with deceased loved ones is real.
When Ishtar was 13, a car accident took his mother's life. He had a near-death experience during that accident that shifted his entire understanding of consciousness and the afterlife. His out-of-body experiences intensified after this event, and he began receiving verified communications from his mother and other deceased relatives on the other side.
His out-of-body experiences are characterized by a hyper-real quality similar to his near-death experience. Everything feels "realer than real," crisp, and fully conscious. He describes knowing things he shouldn't know, like historical facts that appear in his mind without any prior study. During school, information would surface that helped him pass classes he hadn't studied for. On a ghost tour at age 10, he accurately knew stories about the locations before the tour guide confirmed them.
Now a meditation teacher, monk, and intuitive, Ishtar shares how his lifelong connection to deceased relatives provides evidence that death is not the end and that communication across dimensions is possible.

Reverend Nancy Smith creates spirit drawings that accurately depict deceased loved ones she's never met, reads the Akashic Records to access consciousness-level information, and brings through mediumship messages providing evidence that awareness continues after physical death. Her work bridges artistic expression with spiritual communication, offering families specific details that prove loved ones are still present.
Smith has been highly sensitive since childhood, perceiving information beyond what people say in words. A major awakening forced her to develop and trust her abilities. Now she works from what she calls the highest vibrational level, accessing information directly from the "creator."
Her spirit drawings capture faces she's never seen with specific details like eye shadows, jawlines, and exact hairstyles that families instantly recognize. As she draws, she simultaneously receives personality traits, last words spoken, and emotional information. The process evolved from sketching what she visually perceived to automatic drawing where consciousness guides her pencil. One drawing contained multiple family members, each recognizable in the single image. Another time she drew a masculine face for a woman's grandmother but it turned out to be the son the person actually needed to hear from.
She also creates soul art using pastels to show healing colors and symbolic guidance, and works as a medium bringing through deceased loved ones who describe their existence on the other side. Each method accesses the same source but with different intentions and outcomes.

Kathy (M.K.) McDaniel had a near-death experience while in a medically-induced coma from severe pneumonia. What she witnessed during those moments of clinical death challenges everything we think we know about consciousness and what happens after we die. Her experience included terrifying visions followed by profound joy, providing compelling evidence that awareness continues beyond physical death.
Kathy was raised Catholic and believed everything she was taught about the afterlife, including concepts of purgatory and hell. When she fell critically ill in Seattle, she was put into a drug-induced coma with only a 38 percent chance of survival. During that coma, she had an extensive near-death experience that lasted what felt like years. She witnessed dark, disturbing scenes and confusing scenarios. But the experience shifted dramatically, revealing something that transformed her entire understanding of existence.
What makes Kathy's case compelling is the contrast between the terrifying visions and the profound joy that followed. She describes the experience in her book Misfit in Hell to Heaven.
