Homebody：強調對家的喜愛，覺得家裡最舒服，不一定內向。
Introvert ：強調社交後的心理疲勞，需要獨處來恢復能量。
Shut-in / Recluse ：有小小負面，指完全斷絕社會往來、足不出戶的人。
Otaku ：通常指對某種特定愛好（如動漫、遊戲）有強烈熱情的人。
staycation (n.) 在家中渡假
house party (n.) 在家舉辦的派對
self-care 自我照顧
【情境對話】
E: I’ve heard that after 30, people tend to stay at home more than hanging out with friends.
我聽說人只要過了三十歲，就會比較喜歡待在家、而不是出門跟朋友玩。
D: Really? I don't feel any difference.
是喔？我覺得沒差啊。
E: That’s because you’re ALREADY a homebody by nature!
那是因為你本來就蠻宅的！
D: Good point! I’m such a homebody! Staying at home makes me happy and refreshed.
