In this episode of Branchy’s Real Fake News, I open up about my guided mushroom journey — not from a place of hype, but from truth. This wasn’t about escaping reality… it was about facing it.

I was shown the parts of myself I’d buried — the pain, the trauma, the patterns — and instead of running, I learned to meet it all with love. Real love. Understanding. Compassion for the version of me that was just trying to survive.

There were moments of complete surrender… where control dissolved and something deeper took over. Call it intuition, call it the universe, call it whatever you want — but it spoke through signs, through feelings, through subtle breadcrumbs guiding me back to alignment.
