How often do you say: "I'll do that later?"
Those four-little-words are just one of the lies that we tell ourselves or our loved ones. All the time. In fact, you probably thought it at some point already today.
These casual statements can cause major chaos and problems in our ability to get things done, be trusted, feel confident and our relationships, success and self-esteem take a hit.
Kick your new year...and your ADHD...into gear with this episode. See how many of these lies you often tell yourself and others and how harmful they may be.

#221 ADHD Calendar Basics
When you have ADHD, you need to be able to manage your time, stay on top of tasks, show up for appointments and pay attention to the future and a calendar can help!
But how do you use your calendar to manage your time?
Many of us with ADHD use our calendars in a way that makes it harder to stay on top of things and get stuff done.
So today, we are going to talk about the three best ways to use your calendar so you start the New Year off right.

#219 Preheat the Project Oven
With ADHD, projects can be overwhelming… take for example: making dinner. There are soooo many steps that you need to take – choosing a recipe, chopping vegetables, getting out the ingredients, etc.
We can get bogged down with all the steps, end up with lots of frustration and resistance, give up and order out (or pour a bowl of cereal).
But what if you did some of the steps ahead of time? Like you’d preheat the oven so it’s all warmed up and ready to go?
Tune into this short episode of Kick Some ADHD to learn how you can preheat the ADHD project oven for dinner, eliminating clutter, cleaning out the sock drawer and so much more!
