    ‘Food became a lot more than just food for me. It became my… the word ‘friend’ comes to mind. It became the thing that was there when I was in a lonely space or if I was in a vulnerable space. I never knew (and as you know with the work that we’ve done) it’s all about understanding the unconscious. I never knew any of that. I never understood what was going on. I had a lot of body dysmorphia and an eating disorder, an addiction. It was like a higher self was talking to me but not from a pain point. Trust yourself, our bodies know the truth. Money is just energy. The more money you earn the more you can help people. There seems to be an identity around having money makes you evil. Happy workers work harder. You are more than a PT you are a counsellor and you have to hold space for them. I love helping with mindset, nutrition and training. I created an epic community around self-care, team and belonging. Ask yourself, ‘If I had all the money in the world what would I do? ‘What brings me joy?’ ‘What makes you happy?’ Your values help to have unstoppable motivation. Take care of yourself to be the healthiest version of self. Nourishing yourself is good food and movement. Stay in your own lane. You must track your nutrition like you would business expenses. Know your numbers. Find someone who works for you. 120g of protein per day for women is adequate, 5 serves of vege, 2 fruits, 2 litres of water and move your body for 30mins and do 10,000 steps a day is the bare minimum. The more you know the more you realise you don’t know. The greatest thing I did was do the work for myself first.
