Unshackling

This episode is on handling confusion when you come across spiritual teachings in books or from teachers.
What I want for you to take from this episode is that it is your inner compass that needs to guide you on what is truth - not what you are told.
It’s about learning to recognise the frequency of truth as you go about your days so that when you learn two things that contradict, you can return to you and your inner compass to guide you forward.

This months episode in on Appearance and the choices we make.
Quite frankly though it could be any number of topics, the key is that we need to become conscious in the decisions we are making daily so that we create the life we want, be it from unshackling ourselves from societal conditioning on what a woman is meant to look like to the conditioning on what we are meant to do with our time and energy.
Remembering that we are individual and sovereign beings connects us all back into the place of choice.
