Em’s been busy manifesting a major life upgrade under the recent full moon by brewing moon water to drink and release all that negative energy, she gives a full explain on why and how within.

Em also breaks down her decision to join a virtual “cult” by signing up to a wellness centre driven by pneumonia, exhaustion and just a need for some long overdue self care.
