You already know a LOT about health.
Eat more protein. Lift weights. Walk more. Get enough sleep. Drink your water. Manage your stress. Eat more fiber. Get outside.
So why can it still feel so hard to actually do those things?
In this episode of Simple Health for Moms, Camille explores why the problem may not be that you need more motivation, discipline, or health information. In fact, you may have the opposite problem: you know so much that you don't know what actually matters most for you right now.
When everything feels important, taking care of yourself can quickly turn into another full-time job. And when you can't do the whole plan perfectly, it's easy to do nothing at all.
Camille shares a different approach built around three simple questions:
Where am I?
Where do I want to go?
What's my next step?
Instead of trying to map out the next 17 steps, you'll learn how to pay attention to your own life, make one intentional choice, notice what happens, adjust, and keep going.
Because the goal isn't to build a healthy life that only works under perfect conditions.
It's to make progress in a way that fits the life you're actually living.
In This Episode, You'll Learn:
Why knowing more about health doesn't necessarily make taking care of yourself easier
How too much health information can leave you overwhelmed and unsure where to begin
The skill most health programs never teach you: how to figure out what YOU need
Three questions to help you identify your next step: Where am I? Where do I want to go? What's my next step?
How to make progress - even when your life is busy, messy, unpredictable, or far from perfect
Three Questions to Find Your Next Step
1. Where am I?
2. Where do I want to go?
3. What's my next step?

Have a question you'd like Camille to answer on the podcast?
Email SimpleHealthForMoms@gmail.com - Most women who struggle with their weight aren't failing because of a lack of willpower, they're failing because the approach is wrong. Slashing calories, doing hours of cardio, white-knuckling through hunger: it works for a week and backfires for a month.
Today Camille shares the ten habits she has seen over and over again in the women she coaches who finally lose weight and actually keep it off. Not harder. Different.
In This Episode You'll Learn:
Why crash dieting and excessive cardio almost always backfire and what to do instead
The simple three-part plate framework that reduces food noise and keeps you full between meals
Why three structured meals a day regulates hunger better than grazing and snacking
How strength training (without a gym) protects your metabolism for long-term results
The protein target per meal that actually keeps you satisfied and how to hit it
Why hydration directly affects how your body holds onto or releases fat
How chronic stress sabotages weight loss even when everything else is on point
The daily step goal that burns fat, lowers cortisol, and requires zero equipment
How to handle sugar and alcohol without restriction or guilt
Why sleep might be the single most underrated fat-loss tool available to moms
How fiber quietly eliminates cravings and keeps you full without restriction

The Two Cycles
Does this one sound familiar?
Get motivated → Make a plan → Fall off → Feel guilty → Wait for Monday → Start over
What if, instead, you learned to:
Notice → Choose → Take the next step → Adjust → Keep going
You don't need to get better at starting.
You need to get better at continuing.
