A Love Note to This Year: Trusting the Process, Ayahuasca, and Coming Home to Myself
In this solo episode, I’m sharing straight from the heart. In just a few days, I’ll be getting on a plane—on my birthday!—to head to Hawaii for my second Ayahuasca ceremony. Before I go, I wanted to take a moment to reflect with you on what this year has been, what’s moved through me, and how I’m holding myself as I step into this next portal.
This year has been one of the hardest and most expansive of my life. I’ve moved through deep somatic healing, touched layers of preverbal trauma I hadn’t accessed before, and anchored into a level of safety and trust I didn’t know was possible. It’s changed me. It’s changed my work. It’s changed how I show up in my marriage, my body, my business, and my relationship with God.
This isn’t a Q&A episode—it’s more of a love note. A transmission. A sacred pause before I go in.
