Ep. 631: When Hustle Culture Becomes Too Much

    17/06/2026 | 45 mins.
Some entrepreneurs would have you believe that the only way to be successful is by grinding 24/7. We’re not so sure. There’s certainly a time and place for working long hours, but if that’s all you ever do, it’s going to kick you in the ass at some point. A busy needs rest at some point, and is it even possible to be working at maximum efficiency every moment of every day? In any case, extremes will keep cycling back and forth from too much to not enough, and back again. We’ll just keep living our Best Life.

    A European excursion [0:54]
    A summer romance? [12:46]
Low rise jeans are coming back [17:13]
What it takes to get to the top [22:38]
Fast isn’t the only option [25:39]
How effective is your work day? [30:05]
Scarcity in start up culture [34:11]
Sustainability over the long term [36:54]
Everything comes back around eventually [42:17]

Ep. 630: The Sad, Lonely Life of Internet Trolls

    10/06/2026 | 32 mins.
Trolls are everywhere online. No one can escape them and everyone hates them, but what if trolls are only trolls because they hate themselves? We all know the old adage that hurt people hurt people, and internet bullies are no different. People can take all the pain and suffering they’ve been feeling and use it to fuel their hate comments. The algorithms prioritize and push that hate, and with the added bonus of being able to hide behind anonymous accounts, it’s never been easy to take out your internal pain on random internet strangers. But internal pain or not, it’s still a load of bullshit to unload your suffering to whoever crosses your path online.

The psychology behind troll accounts [2:22]
Even trolls can hurt your feelings [5:12]
    Anonymity makes us brave [8:48]
More accountability is a good thing [13:30]
When interest turns into obsession [18:03]
    A hate-following epidemic [22:14]
    Haters aren’t going anywhere [28:06]
Learning to tune out the comments [30:42]

Ep. 629: Having A Crush Outside Of Your Relationship

    03/06/2026 | 34 mins.
We’re pretty sensitive to cheating and the harm it causes a person (we’ll give you three guesses as to why) so we found ourselves wondering if are crushes ever okay while you’re still in a relationship? There’s no stopping the rush of feelings when it comes to having a crush, but we do have some say over our actions and every single one of us knows when too far becomes too far. Fantasizing may not be a red flag, but hiding and secrecy sure are. Look, when it comes to crushes, we think the best course of action is pretty damn simple: don’t fucking do anything that you wouldn’t want your partner to do to you.

    Finding formal attire [1:22]
Focusing on our potential for finances [4:27]
    You can’t control a crush [7:47]
Is having a crush mean something is wrong in your relationship? [10:12]
An emotional attachment is a slippery slope [12:17]
Are you hiding this person from your partner? [16:45]
Pulling away from a chemical rush [18:50]
When does fantasy go too far? [21:36]
Drawing the line at progression [23:41]
The grass is always greener [26:10]

Ep. 628: Sharing Your Sexual Fantasies

    27/05/2026 | 30 mins.
Knowing your partner’s sexual fantasies has the possibility to be really really hot, or really really off-putting. Fantasy can mean a lot of things to different people—some may want their fantasies to stay in their heads, and some may want to try them out—so if you and your lover aren’t aligned, shit can get tricky. Sex is vulnerable enough already, and if being honest about what gets you off brings you closer together, we’re all for that. But if you uncover some freaky secrets… just know that you can never unlearn them.

    Mid-day masturbation [3:01]
    The effort of sexting [4:36]
    AI in advertising [7:53]
Sharing your fantasies with your partner [13:10]
There are some kinks you may not want to know [15:34]
Knowing too much about your partner [19:14]
What’s the utility in sharing? [21:26]
    Minimum effective dosing [24:44]

    Ep. 627: Dating is Dead

    20/05/2026 | 1h
Trying to find love has been a shit show since… well, forever. We’re just getting better and better with age, but the dating scene, and let’s be honest, men in general, seem to be getting worse. Dating apps are dead, singles events make us feel like pigs being sold for slaughter, and meeting someone out in the wild is next to impossible. Even if you meet someone, the chance that they know what they want in a relationship, are emotionally mature, AND you find them attractive is rare, too. All that said, we’re still holding on to hope that the right person is out there. Cynicism feels safe, but we still believe in magic.

We’re too old and tired for NYC [2:05]
A less than stellar AI event [6:51]
    No more ice-breaker activities [15:24]
    Lore-dumping [20:19]
    Living your “truth” [23:21]
    Men aren’t suffering enough [25:15]
The state of dating apps [30:02]
    Attempting to stay optimistic [35:10]
    Safety in cynicism [37:01]
Love can’t be understood via algorithm [41:01]
Where do you even meet people now? [42:20]
    Re-building communities [45:36]
    Marketing ourselves [51:43]
