One of the biggest misunderstandings in manifestation is the idea that you have to "get to" a feeling in order to get what you want – specifically, a good feeling – and stay there alllll the time.
Like if you're not constantly feeling positive, grateful, abundant, joyful, aligned, or anything you think you "need" to feel… you're blocking your manifestation.
Which creates a lot of pressure to never feel bad, low, shitty, or even just neutral (because oh no! You're SUPPOSED TO BE FEELING GOOD!!!!)
But here's the truth:
You don't have to force yourself to feel anything to manifest.
