Women are not small men, yet for decades medical research has treated us as such. What's even worse is that women have been excluded from research because of our menstrual cycles.

And what's even worser is that because of this bias, many girls and women get misdiagnosed, undiagnosed, and gaslit. In this episode I'll debunk some myths, share some useful information, and hopefully give you a starting point to do your own research.

Doing anything with the expectation that weโ€™ll be appreciated and recognized is a surefire path to disappointment. However, itโ€™s something many women and people pleasers continue doing.

    In this episode, weโ€™ll discuss:
3 things about gratitude we need to learn
A deep-rooted misconception that we need to unlearn
A textbook example of why gratitude keeps us waiting for a reward that never comes
The mindset shift you need to finally stop begging for validation

Letโ€™s stop appealing to the past. The past is dead, the future is unborn, and the only thing alive is the present.

โœจHope you love it and can use this law to make your dreams come true. You are the baddest bitch in the building.

    Love, Neeki

Female rage can move mountains. As women, we have so much to be angry about, and rightfully so.

However, many women get caught in the trap of channelling their anger towards men. Don't get me wrong, that anger is justified. But anger without an outlet becomes, at best, resentment, and worst, self-destruction.

In this episode, I'll help you unlock a new level of consciousness about your anger and how it could be rooted in things you never thought of.

I highly suggest you also listen to my episode "7 ways to make your feminine rage work for you" on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube.

This week's episode is a bit counterintuitive. Every culture and religion (yikes) has a variation of "The Golden Rule": Treat people how you want to be treated.

This principle has brainwashed many women into a false sense of fairness and reciprocity with the world. It keeps us running in a hamster wheel, waiting for a reward that never materializes.

Worst of all, it makes us oblivious to the way the world really operates.

Listen to find out how The Golden Rule may have damaged your relationships, and four new rules to replace it with.
