Recorded on the road in Perth ahead of the live show, Sammy sits down with APS die-hards Lloyd and Mons. Seven properties purchased in three years and a portfolio now sitting around $3M. Three years ago, Lloyd booked a call with APS for one reason. To stress test a decision he’d already made with another buyer’s agency and he signed the same day!
