The Human Design Conversation Everyone Needs to Hear

    23/03/2026 | 55 mins.
This episode is such a good one.

I’m joined by the incredible Emma Dunwoody — human design expert, author of Human Design Made Simple, and host of one of the leading human design podcasts in the world.

If you’ve ever been curious about human design but felt overwhelmed, confused, or like it all sounded way too complicated… this conversation is for you.

We break human design down in a way that actually makes sense.

We talk about what it is, how it works, why so many people feel deeply seen by it, and how it can support you in your life, business, relationships, parenting, and self-trust.

This conversation also goes deep into what it means to stop forcing yourself to live like everyone else and start understanding the way you are designed to move through the world.

Inside this episode, we talk about:

    What human design actually is

Why so many people feel overwhelmed by it at first

How Emma made human design simple and accessible

The difference between types, profiles, centres, strategy and authority

How human design helps you understand your energy

The role of authenticity in business and life

Why your success strategy has to be your own

How human design can support parenting and relationships

The shift into a new paradigm and why self-trust matters more than ever

Emma also shares her own story of discovering human design, the moment it clicked, and why she believes this work is here to help people come back home to themselves.

If you’ve been trying to do life, business, leadership or motherhood in a way that feels forced, this episode will open something up for you.

    Because the truth is:
you don’t need to become someone else.
You need to understand who you already are.

How Much Should You Share Online? (Authenticity vs Oversharing)

    16/03/2026 | 35 mins.
One of the biggest questions I get when it comes to showing up online is this:

“How do I know if I’m being authentic… or if I’m oversharing?”

Where is the line between vulnerability and trauma dumping?

In this episode, I’m breaking down the balance between being raw and real while still protecting yourself and your credibility.

    Because here’s the truth:
Authenticity builds connection. But not everything belongs on the internet.

I share how I built my brand by documenting my process of becoming — from recording podcast episodes in my car while broke and exhausted with two kids, to building a global personal brand and loyal audience.

You’ll learn how to share your story in a way that creates connection, trust, and authority without feeling like you're exposing every part of your life.

This episode is for you if you're:

    • Scared of what people will think online
    • Worried you're sharing too much
    • Holding yourself back from being seen
    • Trying to build a personal brand or business
    • Learning how to tell your story with power

Inside this episode we talk about:

    • The difference between sharing from a scar vs sharing from a wound
    • How to know if you're oversharing or actually not sharing enough
    • The storytelling method I call zooming in vs zooming out
    • Why perfection erodes connection
    • How vulnerability builds loyalty and community
    • The question you must ask before sharing anything online

At the end of the day, your story is yours.

And when you learn how to share it intentionally, it becomes one of the most powerful tools you have to connect, lead, and serve others.

    In This Episode

    • Authenticity vs oversharing
    • Building a personal brand online
    • Vulnerability and storytelling
    • Trauma dumping vs healed sharing
    • Personal branding and content creation
    • Confidence and showing up online

🇵🇷My Bad Bunny Concert in Australia Reaction 🔥

    09/03/2026 | 30 mins.
I never thought I would see this moment happen in Australia.

As a Puerto Rican woman who has lived here for 16 years, watching Bad Bunny perform in Sydney to a packed stadium was emotional in ways I can’t fully explain.

Thousands of people singing in Spanish. Puerto Rican flags everywhere. Latinos from all over the world connecting in a country where Spanish speakers are such a small percentage of the population.

It was powerful. It was joyful. It was deeply personal.

But this episode isn’t just about the concert.

It’s about identity, authenticity, personal branding, and the power of showing up unapologetically as yourself.

Bad Bunny isn’t just one of the biggest artists in the world. He’s built a global movement by being radically authentic — and there are massive lessons in that for anyone building a business, a brand, or a life where you refuse to play small.

In this episode, I share the full story of the weekend, the Puerto Rican community we found here in Australia, and the powerful business and life lessons behind the experience.

Because when you truly own who you are…

    Everything changes.

    In This Episode

    • What it felt like seeing Bad Bunny perform in Australia
    • Why the moment meant so much as a Puerto Rican living abroad
    • The unexpected community that formed around the concert
    • The power of authenticity in building a global brand
    • What entrepreneurs can learn from Bad Bunny’s personal brand
    • Why being unapologetically yourself attracts the right people
    • The difference between followers and real community
    • How cultural pride and identity shape the work we do

    Key Takeaway

You don’t build a powerful brand by blending in.

You build it by owning exactly who you are.

Bad Bunny didn’t become the biggest artist in the world by trying to fit in.

He did it by turning himself all the way up.

    And that’s the lesson.

Why Creating Content Feels So Hard (And What To Do About It)

    02/03/2026 | 28 mins.
Why does creating content feel so damn hard?

If you’re stuck overthinking what to post, watching everyone else grow, editing captions 17 times, or feeling like you “have” to be everywhere online… this episode is for you.

In this raw conversation, I break down:

Why content feels forced (and how to fix it)

The real reason you don’t know what to post

Why copying trends kills your authority

How your calendar should drive your content

The fastest way to build trust online

Why engagement matters more than followers

    Content isn’t about performing.
    It’s not about pleasing everyone.
    It’s not about chasing algorithms.

    It’s about clarity.
    Authority.
    Connection.

And when your content aligns with your offers, your story, and the real problems your audience has — it stops feeling hard.

    It starts working.

If you’ve been stuck in the doom scroll, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why your content isn’t converting… this will reset you.

👉🏽 My Abuser Emailed Me. Here’s How I Handled It (When Trauma Resurfaces)

    23/02/2026 | 31 mins.
    This one is personal.

In this episode, I share something that happened in real time… I received an email from someone connected to my childhood abuse.

And it brought up things I thought I had already processed.

I talk about what it actually feels like when old trauma resurfaces.

    What happens in your body.
    What happens in your mind.
    How healing isn’t linear.
And why forgiveness is not something you owe anyone.

This isn’t a polished “look how healed I am” conversation.

    It’s real.
    It’s layered.
    It’s complicated.

    Inside this episode I share:

What it feels like when the past reappears unexpectedly

How I handled the email without betraying myself

Why boundaries matter more than being “nice”

    The truth about forgiveness

Why healing doesn’t mean you won’t get triggered again

How storytelling has been part of my healing

    You don’t owe anyone closure.
You don’t need to be strong all the time.
And you don’t have to perform healing for the world.
