I wanted to jump on and share where I’m at and why Ariise is entering a slightly different rhythm for a while.

I talk about choosing to step back, listening to what’s being asked of me, and creating space to fully experience something deeply personal without distraction. It’s a conscious pause, not an ending.

Overcoming trauma is something I really want to get into on Ariise. Jessica is an expert in the brain and the nervous system.
