In this episode, I'm interviewing our rockstar unicorn Belinda.
Belinda is a mum of adult kids, and at 54, with her fair share of 12 week challenges under her belt, took the plunge and joined my online fitness program to make a real change. Over the past 8 months, she's built strength and confidence, learned to take up space in the gym, has become educated about nutrition, and has dropped 10kgs in a sustainable way.
She has overhauled her identity and finally made health and fitness her lifestyle. We discuss the mindset shifts it took to get there, her biggest lessons, and what really happens when you stop giving your fitness journey an end date.
