This episode was inspired by an article that I saw from the Today show about a woman who felt like "she was doing everything right, but not losing the weight." I think more than one woman can relate to that feeling. The more that I've thrown myself into learning about women's health, hormones and PCOS the more I realize that women aren't tiny men and our bodies handle stress and stress responses different from men which is why "eating less and moving more" does not always work. Leading into January 1st I wanted to leave you with this thought process so that you don't feel like you have to jump into a new crazy diet. :) love ya!

Intuitive Eating for the Holidays
In this episode Taylor dives deep into discussing strategies to manage intuitive eating around the holidays. The holidays can be stressful for many reasons, but food shouldn't be one of them! This should be a time of year to enjoy memories and time with friends and family, not be anxious about food.

Where I've Been for 3 Months: Surprise! I'm Pregnant
If you've been wondering where the podcast has been or why my grocery hauls have seemed a little off brand, it's because I have been in the first trimester trenches, I can't believe I'm finally saying this out loud, but I'm pregnant! We dive into all the big questions: were we trying? Does the Oura ring actually work (lol), how we've been feeling, some of my weirdest cravings and aversions, and we end the episode with a few old wives tales leaving you guessing on the gender because we already know, hehe!

One Year of Therapy
In this episode, I dive into my year long reflection of going to therapy on a weekly basis and how it's changed my life. After about a month in therapy I received an ADHD diagnosis after years of being misdiagnosed with anxiety. It's been so validating to understand how and why my brain works a certain way, how to regulate my emotions better, and how it's helped improve my relationships in so many ways. I will forever be thankful for starting therapy and hope this helps someone if they are scared to start but know they need too - it's okay to ask for help! <3

Deep Health Dive
In this episode I dive into my top tips for 'deep health' aka focusing on: nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management, because you've heard me say it once and I'll say it again, health and weight are NOT the same thing. The goal of this episode is to give a variety of tips in each category - don't feel like you have start everything all at once, rather ask yourself the question: "what would the version of myself 6 months from now want me to do?" then break down those habits into small, bite-sized chunks.
