  • Episode 80: David Armstrong - Living Free
Episode 80: David Armstrong - Living Free David is businessman, adventure specialist, and co-founder of the Living Free Movement. David has run businesses in the sports medicine, sports performance and education sectors. He has sailed to Antarctica, climbed to Everest Base Camp, and navigated the Kokoda Track. But perhaps his biggest challenge came in 2020 when he was diagnosed with cancer. In this podcast, David joins me to talk about his cancer journey and why he chose to take a completely different approach to help heal his body. We also talk about how he and a group of passionate colleagues created the Living Free Movement, which aims to support freedom in health, lifestyle, clean food and lawful processes and to provide education on how to move from the public to the private. • Episode 79: Emrys Goldsworthy - Ex-carnivores
Episode 79: Emrys Goldsworthy - Ex-carnivores There is a growing trend to blame the consumption of plant foods as the cause of disease. It is said that naturally occurring plant compounds cause disease in healthy people. Ex-carnivores Daniel and Emrys take a deep dive into this topic. Do the consumption of edible plants really cause disease, or are there other factors at play? Are plants being used as scapegoats to cover up for the harmful effects of far more insidious causes? Emrys is a musculoskeletal therapist with over 10 years clinical and lecturing experience and currently treats clients at his clinic "Athletica Physical Health".  Visit Emrys' website: https://www.emrysgoldsworthy.com.au/ Follow Humanley on Telegram: t.me/humanley New Book Out Now - Can You Catch A Cold?: Untold History & Human Experiments Disclaimer: This podcast is for general information purposes only.
