So, in today’s podcast, I’m getting honest about something I see all the time in the fitness space: people saying they’re “doing everything” when they really aren’t. Seeing what true bodybuilding prep actually looks like gave me a whole new perspective on what going all in really means. And the truth is, most of us aren’t doing everything we possibly could to reach our goals, and that’s completely okay. The problem is convincing yourself that you are.
