Remove and stir in chia seeds. put mixture into reusable gel packets180 cal 28g carbsRecipe 1 sticky rice cakesMake sushi rice with a mix of water and the full-fat canned coconut milk. Then when it's done, mix in your favourite. savoury ones: peanut butter and soy sauce. Sweet ones with freeze dried fruits, a little salt. Press the mixture into a pan and let it cool. Cut into bars, wrap and freeze.
