    Following his retirement from professional steeplechase running, Olympic silver medalist Evan Jager joined the Swedish startup Nomio as their Head of Athlete Relations.
    Nomio is a 60ml performance shot made primarily of organic broccoli sprouts. It contains isothiocyanates (ITCs), which research suggests help buffer lactate and accelerate recovery without the gastrointestinal stress often caused by bicarb
