    Flow into fall with this 10-minute Slow Flow Yoga practice for balance, grounding and connection. 🍂 We flow through grounding stretches and mindful balances — a feel-good way to align with the energy of the season.This is a minimal cues-inspired Yoga class: I’ll guide you through the sequence and postures, but without detailed alignment instructions.
